End-User License Agreement (EULA) – Ookla Speed Test

This End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Shaliza Lisa, the developer of the Ookla Speed Test application (“App”).

This EULA governs your download, installation, and use of the App on any iOS-supported device.

By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree with these terms, do not install or use the App.

License Grant

Shaliza Lisa grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this EULA.

You may install and use the App on devices that you own or control, provided those devices meet the applicable system requirements.

Restrictions

You agree that you will not:

  • Copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the App
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code
  • Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or commercially exploit the App
  • Allow third parties to use the App on your behalf
  • Use the App in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
  • Use the App in a manner that interferes with its normal operation or security

Intellectual Property Rights

The App, including all content, features, trademarks, copyrights, and intellectual property rights, is and shall remain the exclusive property of Shaliza Lisa.

No rights are granted to you except as expressly stated in this EULA.

Updates & Modifications

Shaliza Lisa may provide updates, bug fixes, or feature improvements from time to time. Such updates are considered part of the App and are subject to this EULA.

There is no obligation to provide future updates or maintain compatibility with all future iOS versions.

Termination

This EULA is effective from the date you first use the App and will continue until terminated.

Shaliza Lisa may terminate this EULA immediately if you violate any of its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete it from your device.

Sections relating to ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability shall survive termination.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Shaliza Lisa does not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fully accurate at all times.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shaliza Lisa shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
